Acquisition
Carolina Capital Land Partners’ core business is the acquisition of raw or partially improved opportunistic land and lots for our partners and investors. Our focus in today’s real estate environment is on the acquisition of distressed underperforming real estate assets.
Typical Deal Structures
· Acquiring properties through all cash (non-leveraged) transactions;
· Buying under-performing notes;
· Partnering with banks and lenders through a front-end cash infusion by CCLP with a backend profit sharing agreement;
